Like all genuine silver, your jewellery may naturally tarnish over time when exposed to moisture, perfumes, skincare, ocean air, or humidity — this is completely normal and simply a sign of real silver.

To help maintain shine, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or using perfumes and lotions. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place and gently polish with a soft silver cloth when needed.

CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

After you've placed an order online, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.
