Orders & Dispatch
Where is my order?
You can track your online order after you have received your Shipping Confirmation email or within the Shop app. If you haven't received your Shipping Confirmation email, don't stress! We are working hard behind the scenes to get your order posted to you as quickly and safely as possible.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Please allow up to 2-7 business days for your order to be made and processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Why hasn't my order been dispatched yet?
Our production strategy, Made to Order, ensures that our customers always receive the highest quality of handcrafted jewellery. This starts once we’ve received an order from our customers. Please allow up to 2-7 business days for your order to be made and processed.
Can I add or change my order details?
If you've input an old address or simply wish to add items to your order, you'll need to reach out to us ASAP via firstname.lastname@example.org - We cannot guarantee that the order won't have already been processed, so please act quickly.

How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post to ship all of our online orders. Express and standard shipping options are available for online orders. Standard
Shipping is estimated to arrive between 2-8 business days. Express shipping is estimated 1-3 business days to arrive.
Can I choose Express Shipping?
Yes, we allow our online customers to select Express Shipping with a flat-rate of $14.

I haven't received my order but it says 'delivered'?
If you have been notified by Australia Post that your order has been delivered and you haven't received it, please contact Australia Post by using your tracking number and creating a customer enquiry. Please then contact us so we're able to help resolve the issue.
How do I care for my Oskye Jewellery?
Your jewellery is a valuable item – it requires cleaning and maintenance to last a lifetime. That’s why we’ve sent you a complimentary polishing cloth, specifically designed for your pieces. Every so often, you’ll need to give your jewellery a good clean and buff to prevent tarnishing and dullness. It’s natural for 925 sterling silver to show signs of discolouration over time. Use your cloth and a little elbow grease to easily restore shine.

What is 925 Sterling Silver?
Our jewellery is made out of solid sterling silver, which is a precious metal that is an alloy composed of 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper. It is known for its durability, lustre, and natural white sheen, which makes it a popular choice for jewellery. We also use Karen Hill Tribe Silver beads and charms. Karen Hill Tribe Silver is a traditional silver jewellery that is crafted by the Karen Hill Tribe people living in the mountains of northern Thailand. It is made from an alloy of high-grade silver that contains 98%-99% pure silver. It has become a popular and stylish accessory for both men and women due to its special, intricate design and superior quality.
Are your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our jewellery is made of 925 Sterling Silver. They are lead and nickel free, making it hypoallergenic with minimal risk of causing an allergic reaction.
Do the Earrings come as single or in a pair?
All earrings are sold as a pair or set unless stated otherwise.
